Squat 3x5 52#
DL 1x5 140#
Bench 3x5 70#

Pull-ups
3, 2.5

12 Back extensions with arms straight overhead and 10 lb weight
3 push-ups with hands in rings and feet on ball

Absolutely! You get yourself halfway there, and that is something! You don't get credit for just hanging there.
