Melanie: Wednesday

25 25# KB swing plus other minor warmup stuff

Bench: 45 x 5; 65 x 5; 80 x 2 x 5
These were quite hard. I would not have gotten the last rep on each set without my spotter.

Squat: 65 x 5; 95 x 3; 105 x 2 x 5
Effort was fine, form not ideal.

Clean and press: 65 x 2 x 3
Harder than expected.

Close grip bench: 55 x 2 x 8
No problem, but effortful.

L-Leg raises on pull up bar: 3 x 5
