4 burpees
For the following, all sets were 2, all reps were 8.
Bench press 70#
Close grip bench 50#
Hang clean and OHP 45#
bicep curls 45# (The last few of these were really hard.)
Squat 45#
Then I worked on handstands until I got one and could hold it for 5 seconds. I thought about handstand push-ups. I watched the progression videos, and will perhaps try some with my feet on the bed. That is for another day.
Oh and I walked 2 miles with Nina and her dog.
We are having another snow day, and she watched the kids so I could go to the gym. She saved me from losing my mind.
