Karen: Thursday

I'm going easy on today because I am going to crush tomorrow.

I used my new "fitness anywhere" thing that Chris (my husband) made for me. I'll bring it this weekend so you can see it in action. Use can use a set of rings for everything I think.

2 sets of 10 each:
rows
Y's
I's
tricep extension
poushups with hands in rings

Then pull-ups:
4, 3, 3
