Thank You!

Thank you all for a lovely weekend! I had a great time.

I am sore and I feel like someone beat me up. It makes me proud.

My workout today:
2 burpees (they were awful)

I am also going to write down a little of what I did this weekend so when I am a beast I can look back and remember when I was weak like kitten.

Who knows about sets and reps (2 sets? one or 2 reps?), here are some top pounds, beyotches:
OHP 45, 55
Pull-ups - 3 in a row
Hang clean & push press 75
DL 140
Prisoner curls 45
Bench 85 (heh. Mel says I really did 85#. In retrospect, if true, I am impressed)
Turkish get ups 18
I dragged that sled. You heard me.
