Melanie: Monday

Deadlift: 135 x 5 x 5
Straight leg deadlift: 95 x 3 x 5
Snatch grip deadlift 95 x 3 x 5
These felt great. My love affair with deadlifts is back on. My confidence has been restored and more importantly I feel like my form is better. I guess we'll see on Friday.

Abs: Various things including 2 x 1 minute in plank. Owie.

Handstand: Just one.
