We scaled to 135lb. cause Jason didn't think he could do 155lb. PCs. Thank goodness. "Rings" were strap handles borrowed from the pull-down machine. We hung these with climbing webbing from the pull up station. My triceps are toast and nicely abraded from the strap/carbiner rubbing against my arms on each rep. There was some waiting in line because we had 3 guys working at the same time (set up a second bar after the 2nd set)
, but it took me about 18 min.
