Chris Monday

Power snatch 95x3, 115x3, 135 fail, 135 fail (...oh, the fear...)
Snatch push press 3x5 @ 95
DLs 3 reps each @ 185, 225, 275, 315, 335, 345

Metcon - 4 rounds AFAP of 10 burpees + 10 pull ups. The fun diminished quickly after the first round.

Yes, the fear. Could not pull the bar quite high enough to muscle snatch, and was not really mentally ready to squat snatch.
Probably need to bench press more...
