What's going on with the bench reps?
Have you strayed from the Starting Strength path?
Rock climbers fill my head with things. One was a warm-up, then 90 was too heavy for 5. I should go read starting strength.
Or...you could just listen to lifters and not climbers when it comes to lifting.I'm just saying.
