I had read some comments about people loving this stance so I thought I might notice some sort of difference - I don't know what - compared to my old stance in terms of stability or something.
I'm doing it because I'm working towards a specific deadlift goal, and my schedule has been crazy and I haven't been able to go to the gym regularly. I can do PTTP @ home and it works towards my DL goal. I wouldn't buy the book if I were you - I think you can find all the info. you need online if you are interested.
