Monday: Active recovery day!
25# KB swings 2 x 50
Tuesday
Clean and press ladder to 5 with 25# KB, 2 rungs
10 floor presses with 25# KB
On both exercises, my left side is much weaker than my right. Had to push press from 3 on the left on the first rung and almost all of them on the second rung.

Article in this morning's Tennessean on ladies and kettlebells... not bad but of course talk of women's concerns about getting 'bulky' and includes the kettlenettics chick! See for yourself.

Crap--that's a RECOVERY day? My recovery workout involved sitting my ass on the couch and watching Heroes (in my defense, i was still sick).
Mel - I didn't realize you were doing a recovery WO. If you HAD to push press to complete the reps, that doesn't sound like a "lite" WO.
Christine - 2 days?!! How much did you drink Saturday night?
The recovery was the Monday workout - just 100 KB swings. Today's presses and all were counted as a real workout.
Jeez, even I figured that one out Chris.
