These sucked. This is the worst thing we've made so far. I had to lift it continental-style; lifting it to my hips/abdomen and then taking it to the shoulder. Plus it's coarse cloth so I'm a little abraded.

Sandbag squat/cleans may just be the greatest single exercise ever invented. Fortunately, common sense and OSHA regulations prevent you from loading the duffle with more than 150 lb.
For now it will stay at 150 because I just can't do more.
But common sense isn't my strong suit.
re: the abrasion - this is another good reason why we need matching jump suits. to protect against the hazards of our hard corps work out.
