Super set DLs with one-arm KB bench
Deads 135x5, 185x5, 225x5, 275x5, 275x5
Bench 44x5 (each arm), 44x5, then 3 sets of 10 w/44
Monday - single rep press:
95, 115, 125, 135 (PR), 135 (miss), 130, 130
followed up with 3 sets of wrist rollers to failure, neck work, ab work, towel hangs

Excellent. Do you think presses are going to be featured in your wo's now?
Presses just happened to be the Crossfit WOD. My plan for the next couple months is to follow the WODs posted on xfit during the week, and where appropriate add some oly lifts, plus grip work at least 2x/week. I can't explain it, but the constantly varying WO has lead to superior gains for me -even in areas I don't regularly train. More traditional strength training "routines" I have done in the past have been frustrating at best and injurious at worst.
