Complete as many rounds in twenty minutes as you can of:
15 Pull-ups
15 Ring push-ups
15 Back Extensions
15 GHD Sit-ups
I did 5 rounds - but had to stop a couple of times to get Maddy to stop beating up on Zach - so I did 25 minutes.
Today I worked out with a personal trainer. 2 more sessions...

Do you have rings to do the ring push ups on? We got a set a couple of weeks ago and I'm hoping it will be warm enough here this weekend to set posts in the ground for a high bar. Very exciting!
