5 x 45; 3 x 95; 1 x 135; 2 x 165; 8 x 3 x 135
Did the 135's with overhand grip. No problem, but my form is still not great on the heavier weight. Worked on doing everything properly, but could benefit from some more coaching.
Row for 5.5 minutes. SRM was around 28... I really am not sure what that means.
Pull ups: 3 x 3 jumping
Turkish Get Ups: 5 each side with 20#KB
I have a bit of beef with this workout, and that is that it seemed to take forever, what with the waiting 90 seconds and all between sets. But that's not what I'm upset about. It seems that I've found those 4 lbs. Sam lost and then some. And it's not new muscle either, but too many Christmas and Thanksgiving goodies! Undergrad Melanie not happy! Undergrad Melanie freaking out!

I haven't done it yet, but if I think it takes too long, lets revolt.
no no - it's good for us. i think all those reps are just what i need to improve my form. plus doing them overhand was good for my spindly grip.
We should imprison undergrad Melanie. And it's 5lbs now!
Yeah, this one takes a while. But it's essential that you fully recover between these speed sets. It's not a metcon - it's training to generate power. The number of sets start dropping off after next week so it will speed up.

Oh I just noticed that you took row as "rowing machine" rather than rows with the barbell
You can try to crush my rebellion, but I am pretty strong.
You may be, but Christine is my henchman in charge of rebellion-crushing.
i don't know how to do barbell rows, and the video confused me.
We can review BB rows this weekend. Probably a good exercise to help you on your path to pull ups.
Pullups and DL help was what I was thinking.
