Can you explain "50@44# 5/side"? Does that mean 50 rounds of 5 snatches/side? Also, do you do KB snatches from the swing or from the ground?
50 continuous snatches switching hands every 5 reps.I do them from the hang but more of a straight up snatch rather than the RKC straight-arm swing snatch.
Oh also I am doing 100 days of pushups starting to day so I added one pushup to my wo!
