A light turn out for the Corps. Guess it was too cold (read that in a whiney voice), or people were hung over, or maybe because Sam was not there to inspire. Anyway, attendees were Christine, Stephanie, Melanie, Randy, and me. The WO was devised as an active recovery day - 3 rounds of:
- approx. 600m run
- 5 burpees
- 5 depth jumps (demo - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bUGwxx-Cm3M&feature=related )
- 5 - ring dips or push ups if you cannot do dips
- 5 - standing Russian twists with Caber or slosh pipe (demo - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=54a37b2IFVk )
- 5 - lateral hops (over and back = 1)
- 5 or 10lb. wrist rollers to failure (break down of good form)
- 5 burpees
