Weighted pull ups - 7 singles. Loads = 25, 45, 55, 65, 75, 85, 90 (PR)
Metcon - 3 rounds of:
10 - 45lb. DB hang power clean and press
10 - KTEs
10 - burpees (these were not my idea, dammit!)
8 minutes of suck

I don't know what KTE's are.
And when I read "8 minutes of suck" I wondered if Melanie enjoyed it. Sorry. I get it now - the whole thing took eight minutes.
Also - it feels like it should be an easy week. I feel like I am still recovering form last weekend.
Sam - C+P were done as you would with a bar (albeit somewhat sloppier), 10 reps.
Karen - you're dirty. And yes, Melanie enjoyed it.
Oh, and KTE = knees to elbows. Done hanging from a pull up bar or other suitable apparatus.
