Oly technique day

Worked on hanging power snatch up to 115lb.

C&J up to 155

135lb. front squat for 5-5-8


Finished with single set of max pull ups - 21 reps

and isn't that a PR for you on pullups?

I think so. That's the first time in a long time I've tried for a max # of pull ups w/o stopping. I think I could squeeze out 2 or 3more if it were not at the end of a neurologically taxing WO, and I could kip fully.
