Abs
Then I thought - hey - today is my birthday, I wonder how many pull-ups I can do?

Then 3 with 20 lb assist.
I think today is a high gravity day.

Did you do the pullups after the workout I'm assuming?
Maybe you were carrying the weight of your birthday, or maybe it's just because you did a kick-ass WO first and were a bit fatigued?

I don;t know if Melanie told you but we're having a Deadlift party on Friday so plan workouts accordingly.
Maybe if you were testing pullups you should have done them at some other time?
