I hear you are considering a trip to Nashville for a training weekend. Perhaps barbell training one day, then some GPP and metcon the next? Can the SoreCorps handle a 2WO weekend?
Do you just want to tabata something, or do the WOD "tabata something else"? I suggest we do tabata squats as part of the non-barbell day WO. It would be a nice finish to a day of playing with KBs, rings, gravel bags and climbing ropes. Heh, heh, heh...

Jan. 16-18, Jan. 30-Feb. 1 or Feb. 27-March 1 would all work, with my preference being for Jan. 16 of course!
