Prescribed was:
Five rounds for time of 45 pound barbell overhead walking lunges, 50 feet + 21 Burpees
Since there was no place to do walking lunges without really pissing a lot of people off, we subbed 18 lunges in place with the bar OH.
Took Jason about 13:30 and me about 15, due to my need to sit down and gasp periodically (OK, frequently). This one was definitely harder than it looked on paper.

Too many burpees!
This sounds incredibly hard.
I did the exact same workout with the following substitutions:
I assumed 50 feet was 14 lunges - the length of my house and back.
I used 2 15# dumbbells instead of one 45# bar.
I usually lowered the dumbbells to my shoulders at around step seven (the turn to go back), but kept the form on my lunges good.
I did 10 burpees each round instead of 21.
Still - this was unholy hell.
