Hmm, seems like front squats are push....must be the Moran developing in you causing this abberation.

Chris, I power clean on push workouts so it's a loose definition. Maybe I should go back to the DL label but then it would be Bench/Squat for the other one and that's unwieldy. Since it's an assistance exercise I'll allow it.

Melanie, I think this is more of a Crish workout since I didn't get into 4 digits on the reps.

OK. It's just a little confusing to see the lable "pull" and then find a pushing exercise in the WO. However, I'll allow it.
