Nah, it still would have been higher had I completed the bench sets. I think I have misremembered a workout from months ago and 4@300 is better than I thought and not a decrease in strength. The other reason for the sad face is that I think i'm being held back by my stupid, tight, painful anterior deltoids. I can;t drive upwards form the bottom on bench. I suspect it's due to too much pressing combined with slacking off on KB stuff so there's an imbalance.
