Sore Corps Sunday

Attendees were Mel, Christine, Ellen, Stuart, Jason, and me.

Did some drills with agility ladder for foot speed and coordination, followed by a couple of sprint drills to develop starting speed and leg turnover. Did a few sprints with a weighted sled on the grass and then walks with weight overhead. Course was about 40-50 yards out and back. Post your loads:
Chris 95lb, 135lb.

Farmers walks - used same course as for OH walks.
Chris 220lb., 320 lb.

This was fun - I was glad to finally get to use my Christmas present. Also, my favorite part was seeing the guys do 135 overhead - very cool. Even the 45lb plate was challenging for me.
