Back still a little tweeked, so no whole body exercises today.

Bench press - 135x10, 155x10, 155x9, 155x7

Tabata on stationary bike

Some crunches and stretch

Back feels better after the WO. My apologies to anyone that had to be around me and my grumpy back this weekend.
