Thought I'd better get some OH squat and bench in before "work your weakness month" is over.
OH squat - 45x8, 65x8, 85x5, 45x8 (going xtra deep)
worked some snatch balance into each OH squat set
Bench press - 135x5, 155x5, 175x5, 185x3, 185x3
Towel pull-ups - 10, 9, 9, 8 reps (had to drop and re-grip for the last 2 or 3 reps in each set)
Finished up with 2 sets of 20 Russian twists in incline sit up board (~45 deg.) w/8lb. medicine ball, and 2 sets of 20 sit ups on the same board w/45lb. plate.
