Christine - are you able to knock out 20 straight or do you wind up pausing btwn reps as you get closer to 20? How's the urge to purge during this WO?

I knock out 10 and pause there--prolly for about 10 seconds. 11-15 are good and then 16-20 are pretty halting and strenuous. #20 is a triumph of mastery over anguish.
