Back squat - 45 lb (bar only) x 100 reps
This was no fun at all. Thought about quitting at 50, but realized that would be letting my Sore Corps teamies down.
Extras
Shrugs - 1 set 225x5
Static barbell hold - 315x30 sec., 365x20 sec.

What was the motivation for the x100?
How fast were the shrugs? Also, why shrugs?
I had read about some grapplers doing a 100 rep set for muscular endurance, and used to do this WO every once in a while.
Put 225 on first to do static holds and decided it was too light, so shruged with a clean grip. These were med. speed - controlled. Switched to over/under grip for the holds.
I considered trying the 100 rep squat last night - then I came to my senses.
