Virtual shoveling
Push-ups (box push ups okay)
With an Olympic bar holding only one plate (men use 45 pound bar, women use 25 pound bar), touch the plate on one side of the barrier then the other for one “rep.” Barrier is 24”
Then 100 KB (25#) swings in response to discovery of 4# KB.

Virtual shoveling? Awesome. I keep telling Sam that real shoveling (i.e. digging a hole to plant my tree) would be a legitimate workout exercise during the week...
Karen - please post an update tomorrow on the effect of virtual shoveling. I won't be able to do that one today (have to teach kickboxing) but wondered how hard it might be as the only component of a WO.

So my lats are sore today, I guess that is where it worked. I probably should have done more. The puppies workout was a little light. It was a really cool exercise. I used 25# at the end of a bar and I lifted over the coffee table touched down then lifted it back.
