Sam Tuesday

KB Floor press 2x5x97

Snatch Grip DL 185x5, 235x3, 255x2, 275x1

Rack hold (Clean the bar to shoulder and hold) 185x30 count
This started to hurt but not too bad. Used more of a press grip but I think gradually narrowing the grip will be the way to go. Also need to stopwatch it, probably sped up there at the end :o

Dips 2x20

Was going to front squat and pistol but my knee is a little banged up from some spectacular fall I took recently so I'm not going to do much of any kind of squatting for a few days.

Your knee is a little banged up? I guess you're not working on headstand either!

that's probably one of the things I can't do, why aren't you working on it?

Headstand is no problem for me, tho Mel tells me I'm doing the sissy version (http://www.beastskills.com/headstand%20side.JPG), and not the "superior" Yoga version (http://www.bbc.co.uk/northyorkshire/content/images/2006/04/05/headstand_five_400x300.jpg). Let's just say I can do one my way, but she can't do one her way...

oh, sorry, while i was *out* apparently I was being mocked! The thing is your way as you call it simply isn't headstand - and I can too do one my way almost ya big bully.

"almost" is a pretty big word.

If it's not a headstand, what is it? I don't think Yoga gets to define what a headstand is for the rest of the world.
