DLs have been sucking the past 2 weeks or so. I'm regressing!
It's my girlish grip. I start pulling and it comes right of the ground and starts sliding right out of my left hand.
OHP - 135x3, 185x3, 205x1
Whatever.
Pause Chinups (pause at the top) 2x5 alternated with 2x10 hanging leg raises
Towel swings with the 62# KB 3x10
Guess I'd better work on my grip.

Yeah, you should be irritated. If you don't PR on every workout, your not trying hard enough.
