Chris - last week

Tues. - 100 pull ups, 100 53lb. KB snatch

Wed. - run about 3 miles. Foot really hurt the next day....$#%&* plantar fasciitis!

Thus. - 12 rounds of: 5 ring dips, 5 OH squat w/ 53lb. KB, then an extra set of 15 dips at the end 'cause Connor wanted to video it.
