Karen Thursday

Complete as many rounds as you can in thirty minutes of:
Five pull-ups
Five ring dips (I did chair dips)
15 Sit-ups

10 rounds 28 minutes

Then I did the B Warm-up. I meant to do it first. I need to watch the video again - because it felt weird. I used my broom.

While the videos are good, and much better for me than reading it in a book, there are a lot of fine points to the Burgener warm up that I was missing. The coaching session was an immense help.
