10 leg raises hanging from pull up bar

Warmed up with just the bar, then:
Front squat 3 x 3 @ 55#
Floor press 3 x 3 @75#
Rows 3 x 3 @ 55 #

4 x 5 leg raises from pull up bar

I am still sore from Monday!
