Squat, bench, DL
dude. I've been doing squat, bench, squat, bench, squat, bench.I remembered that I was supposed to do DL wither first or last - I just couldn't remember which it was. Perhaps if I knew the reason...
As in alternating exercises?I keel?
It saves time, no? I do bench while my legs are resting from rep 1 of squats. You keel?
Squat first, cause it's the hardest technique-wise and the most neurologically taxing of the 3. Benching next gives the lower body some time to recover before DLs.
Oh, and don't super-set with this routine. Finish all the sets of one exercise before moving on to the next.
Why no super sets?
You need adequate recovery btwn sets, and you need to focus on the technique of the lift. It's not a metcon.
