I'm down for squats in Raleigh. You mentioned elsewhere that your hip flexors felt weak. I won't malign your bosu ball anymore, but it is "isolating" your abs, and doesn't engage the hip flexors which are necessary in the squat. Start adding some weighted sit ups (3 sets of 10) - preferably on the decline board, or somewhere where your feet are locked down.
