SUNDAY GROUP WO

3 Rounds of:

20 box jumps
*
2x20' rope climb or 20 jumping pull-ups
*
TGUs - 5/side
*
Sled drag - 45lb. load up and down driveway 2x
*
Sledge hammer - 10 R handed, 10 L handed

* Do 10/5 (guys/gals) push ups and 10 full sit ups between each exercise
