Chris Monday

Recovery WO

Intervals on stationary bike 8x 30 sec. sprint, 30 sec. easy spin

5 rounds of:
5 60lb DB bench press
5 pull ups
5 dips
10 incline sit ups w/ 8 lb. medicine ball overhead

All reps were slow and strict. No kipping. No rest other than walking from one station to the next and one trip to the water fountain.

I'll have my milk now please.

Yeah, I'm trying to figure out the joke as well. Bike intervals followed by 20 sets/125 reps of compound exercises with as little rest as possible.
