Deadlifts
45 x 5 x 2; 150 x 5; 155 x 5; 160 x 5
Hard, but doable.

OH Press 
45 x 5; 50 x 5 x 2; 50 x 3; 45 x 3
These were not happening today.

Squats
45 x 5 x 2; 90 x 3; 85 x 5 x 2
Didn't feel like I could get reps 4 & 5 with 90.

Chins
5 x 3 displacing 71% of my bodyweight

About 10 minutes of ab punishers

Next time start with the lighter weight on squat and work up to 90. The big jump before your body is used to moving weight may be a culprit here.

nice DLs by the way - that's probably a1RM of 180 or 190
