No energy or strength today - gave up during squats and left.

I'm so confused. I give a Moran a workout that goes unfinished and a different Moran says that some fraction of the workout is plenty.
Have they been taken over by pod-people? The only thing that gives me hope that there is some Moran-ness left behind after the alien possession is the addition of KB swings to the workout. And in front of the workout too! there's some hope for you.

I really liked your use of color on your last post. More please. Also, I am glad you worked at your edge. Quite edgy of you. I tried to post my stuff, but I can't get past the title from my iPhone. So y'all just got the important news--4 pull-ups. I am pretty sure I can do 5 by thanksgiving.
