Another death-by-pullups workout today:

10 GHD Sit-ups10 Hip & Back Extensions
95 pound Thrusters, 30 reps
50 Pull-ups
30 GHD Sit-ups30 Hip & Back Extensions
95 pound Thrusters, 20 reps
35 Pull-ups
50 GHD Sit-ups50 Hip & Back Extensions
95 pound Thrusters, 10 reps
20 Pull-ups

Really, the thrusters are what made me want to puke
Completed as prescribed in just under 35 min.

Tell me about it, Sam. But it was the thrusters that made me feel like puking. I suggested to Mel that the inventor of thrusters be awarded the Nobel prize for exercise physiology, and then be soundly beaten.
