WTG Mel! Note there is a video on KB snatch on today's Crossfit page. I see now there is a significant difference btwn. KB and DB snatch, in that the KB is not returned to the ground, but rather brought back btwn the legs as in a swing. Interesting.
Ah - I just watched the video. I was doing them totally wrong. I get it now - thanks for sending.
