Christine Workout - Monday

I decided that this may be easier since I realized that when I don't put the weight in the series I do it sets then reps so maybe put the wt. at the end? So it's (sets)x(reps)x(weight)
What does everyone think?

KB bent row - 3x5x35#
Back squat - 45x5, 55x5, 70x3
KB floor press - 2R/2L 35#

I find (optional weight)x(reps)x(sets) to be the more intuitive order for some reason, but it doesn't really matter to me.

I suppose being part of "a group of intellectuals...." we should be able to figure out various methods of posting sets, reps, and weight. I'm in favor of posting these stats in whatever format makes the most sense for the given WOD.

I like Sam's because it makes it easier to deal with diminshing reps 65#x5x(10,10,7,5,5) for those times when you can't get ad many each time.
