Next weekend workout, we're all going to climb on Sam's back and have him do squats.
I second that Randy, because he obviously needs help with the lower body/posterior chain if he is benching more than he squats...
I'm deepening my squats, hence the lighter weight.Is deepening a word?
Deepening IS a word, and a particularly good one in this context.
