Melanie's Friday Workout



Started off with the much ballyhooed bench press in direct refutation of recent charges of iconoclasm.
45# x 10
55# x 10
65# x 5, 5

Then did yesterday's CF WOD for time, substituting single-unders for double unders.
3 rounds of:
50 jump rope
50 GHD sit ups
50 back extensions

Time: 15:05
