I did the following with 50 lbs, all the weight I have at home:
10 back squats
10 shoulder presses
10 deadlifts
15 back squats
9 shoulder presses (could not do 10th)
15 deadlifts
20 back squats
10 shoulder presses
20 deadlifts.
I am walking like Yoda. Sound effects, too.
