Chris - Friday

For time:
50 pull-ups
50 dips
40 pull-ups
40 dips
30 pull-ups
30 dips
20 pull-ups
20 dips
10 pull-ups
10 dips

Time = 33 minutes. The pull-ups got harder and harder. Maybe because I am being more honest and not counting incomplete/crappy reps? Things went quickly downhill after the first 50. Dips were not so bad. Going into the WO, I had considered doing some bench press afterwards to make Sam happy, but after the last rep, I was so happy to be done I could not consider anything other than stretching.

Screw that, that's an awful lot of dips! I love dips and they will be incorporated into the next wo.

is it 50 pullups or 50 dips in one set or are they broken up?

Sam - you complete 50 PUs, then do 50 dips. 40 PUs, then 40 dips, etc. down to 10 of each.

Quit obfuscating!
Are the sets broken up? Like for 50, did you just do the straight 50 or was it 25, 15, 10 for example?
