DL 95, 115, 135 (broken down into 2, 3 on last set)
Squat 65, 75, 90 (3, 2 on last set)
Press 55, 55, 65 (2), 55 (3)

Randy's 2 minute push up / sit up drill:
70 sit ups
40 push ups

Amazing deadlift. I thought my arms were going to pull off my back with just 90#.
