Randy, Wednesday

Heading back to Nashville tomorrow morning and feeling refreshed after a little time away (being able to float around in the pool after workouts didn't hurt there).

AM Workout
Bench press: 135x7,6,3
Dead lift: 135x10
Box push-ups: 10x2

PM Workout
Bench press: 105x10,8,7
One-legged squats: 5 each leg (standing on bench, less than full ROM -- I'll add these to my things to work on for this month)
Front squats: 75x5 (terrible form for these, and my wrists actually gave out before the rest of me)
Box push-ups: 10

Two-a-days, huh? I thought you were on vacation?! BTW, I had the same miserable experience with front squats earlier this week. Definitely limited by pain rather than muscle fatigue at this point. Hopefully this will get better over time.

Sitting around the house too much gets boring, and I've been missing my regular workouts for the last few weeks. Plus, I've really been living up to the other half of the blog this week -- I don't think I went more than a day without beverages of some sort. Gotta burn some of that off.
